autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_slider et_pb_slider_fullwidth_off et_pb_gallery_post_type\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_slides\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_slide\" style=\"background: url(https:\/\/unilogo.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/foto_cosmoline40.jpg);\"><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_slide\" style=\"background: url(https:\/\/unilogo.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Innowacje_Z6_IMG_0625.jpg);\"><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_slide\" style=\"background: url(https:\/\/unilogo.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Innowacje_Z6_IMG_1546.jpg);\"><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_slide\" style=\"background: url(https:\/\/unilogo.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Innowacje_Z6_IMG_0640.jpg);\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"sm_show_accepted\">\n<h2>The challenge:<\/h2>\n<p>The challenge we faced was connected mainly with the package:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Low quality bottles<\/strong>, prone to being crushed during separation under pressure or during feeding with various hardness and wall thicknesses.<br \/>\nDuring capping, soft packages get easily deformed pushing out air and may get labeled incorrectly: bubbles, wrinkles, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Closures specificity:<\/strong> triggers (long straw) and cosmetic pumps (short straw).\u00a0 With longer straws, there is more time for opening the scissors.\u00a0 With shorter straws (pumps), gripper lowering time is shorter and scissors opening time gets longer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Low quality closures:<\/strong><br \/>\nA pump is positioned on Z2 (pump nozzle orientation is set for the bottles to enter oriented in the same direction).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Solution:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Extra bottle stabilizing belts to release line pressure have been added.<\/li>\n<li>Depending on Client&#8217;s closure quality, <strong>we have enabled two modes of pump capping and orienting:<\/strong> capping and then positioning or reversely &#8211;
