The implemented pumping-pouring system supports a wide range of product viscosities and densities: 9,000 \u2013 10,000 cP (soaps, shampoos, hair conditioners etc.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"sm_click_accepted\">\n<div class=\"video_pop_up\"><a class=\"fancybox-media1\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/kj5WePwsOq8\" rel=\"media-gallery\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/unilogo.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Cs_70_Rock-600x500.jpg\" \/><\/a><span class=\"video_pu_title\">Obejrzyj film<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Irregular package\u00a0shapes result in\u00a0a lack of stability and repeatability of settings\u00a0for packaging during\u00a0production and increases the risk of product spillage\u00a0and the chances of it getting on the transporter\/conveyor.<\/p>\n<p>Different types of closures: cosmetic pump, flip top, pull- push.<\/p>\n<p>The challenges set\u00a0by the customer at this stage of\u00a0the design\u00a0and implementation process:<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"sm_show_accepted\"><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/unilogo.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/2-tory-pod-nalewakami-fajne.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5569\"><img class=\"alignleft wp-image-5569 size-medium\" alt=\"nalewanie w dw\u00f3ch torach CS70\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dual structure:<\/strong>\u00a0the packaging is separated into two lines at the moment of entry, and merged at the end. A system of fillers passing from position to position saves time during the packages departure.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fillers with double structure<\/strong>: external and internal spouts have different diameters. Larger sections of the outer spout maintain the speed of the dispensing fluids, while the smaller\u00a0one adapts to the opening of the bottle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimal product loses: it is possible to dispense high viscosity fluids\/liquids without the pressure vessel by using a direct flow whilst packaging (&lt; 1000L) or alternatively\u00a0a pipeline.<\/li>\n<li>The applied dosing system, due to a short fluid circuit (the pump and collector are located close to the machine), allowing minimal product losses and easy cleaning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Versatility and functionality:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/unilogo.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/pryzmy-diverter.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5571\"><img class=\"size-medium wp-image-5571 alignleft\" alt=\"gniazda formatowe pucks CS 70\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><strong>Transporter system\u00a0with format plugs:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe line supports the entire range of cosmetic packaging. Under extremely demanding package types\u00a0(with an\u00a0irregular base) were applied with different dimensions in to\u00a0milled slots which set them perfectly in their axis during the pouring process and prevented\u00a0the product from tilting\u00a0(and\u00a0flooding the transporter).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the sockets will always keep the same distance between the packages under the\u00a0fillers \u2013 without the need for fitted spouts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wide range of viscosity levels, up to 9000-10 000cP gives the possibility of dispensing cosmetics such as: soaps, shampoos, hair conditioners etc.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a03D printing \u2013 gives the possibility of precision centering of various\u00a0package types and the possibility of scanning the bottle to prepare very accurate sizing (or a slot or gripping head) which grips\u00a0the bottle (in accordance with\u00a0its shape)\u00a0even with\u00a0the largest possible number of points. Traditional technology does not provide such precision\u00a0with light\u00a0packages (thin packages) tend to\u00a0twist the packaging together with the cork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/unilogo.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/zakre%CC%A8canie-push-pulla-2-tory-fajne.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5570\"><img class=\"size-medium wp-image-5570 alignleft\" alt=\"zakre\u0328carka do push-pulli\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Two multi-formatted cappers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cooperate with any type of closures, equipped with an automatic insertion option\u00a0that pushes up into the\u00a0packages, inserting corks and screwing on the traditional screw caps.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pressure heads matched by shape<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 the feature of gripping the bottles from the bottom \u2013 in the case\u00a0of this application the challenge was the push-pull closure \u2013 softness, and low weight resulted in crushing when being collected\u00a0by the screw. The solution turned out to be a full jaw gripper and\u00a0capper which surrounds the closure and fastens, not crushing it.<\/li>\n<li>cap diverter which diverts caps into two lines<\/li>\n<li>automatic sorting of flip \u2013 top closures (which prevents them from opening)<\/li>\n<li>orientation of packages during preparation:\n<ul>\n<li>possibility of positioning (with the use of a camera) relative to the cap and labels: e.g. setting\/positioning flip-top openings in relation to the front of the label<\/li>\n<li>system positioning pumps \u2013 the pump can be set in any direction \u2013 any direction in a positional relationship relative to the package \u2013 format, which blocks the pump in any position defined by the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>cooperation with components of lower quality \u2013\u00a0the soft pull-push clousure which was mentioned previously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Universal, fexible line to fill, cap and label packages of liquid cosmetics with an increased capacity (up to 70 pcs\/min).
