Client: a manufacturer  of cosmetic, toiletry & fragrances: parfumes, roll-on products from Africa.

 – EX products (fragrances & alcohol-based cosmetics, such as: fragrances, after-shave, roll-on)
– Nozzles adapted do dosing in EX zone
– Possibility of pressing in the roll-on balls (by Z0 pressing head)

– High productivity & automated packaging proceess: manipulator removing the packages from format nests to transport them to the labeller
– We provided built-in printer that allows to printing e.g. expiration date
– Productivity: 2800-3000 pcs/h
