nail polish filling machine
Automatic compact line for filling and capping nail polish (hybrid gel fillig & regular nail polish). Can also support other cosmetics like: mascaras and creams. The unit output is 35 pcs/min depending on container size and product specifications. This machine can be formatted to work with format nests (‘Pucks’) – 15-30 nests, depending on container size.
Main advantages and features:
- Capable of working with a wide range of products: from nail polishes to mascara and creams
- Will work with standard nail polishes or hybrid types. This includes UV hardening hybrid nail varnish and glitter mixed nailpolish
- 1 or 2 nozzles capable
- The viscosity: up to 9500 cP. In case of nail polish with glitter, machine can be equipped with extra filling station only for this type of product
- If necessary a EX zone is possible for lacquer based polishes
- Will work with format nests in order to stabilize irregular shaped containers
and packages
- Automated sorting and feeding of brushes and caps
- “Pick and Place” capping machine supporting nail polish brushes and mascara closures
- Labeling: capable of multiple label positions on container to include top and bottom labels
- Productivity: about 35 pcs/min – depends on package size & product type.
