Heavy Pack UR 10 is a state-of-the-art automated device that optimizes the warehousing work. It is intended for labelling large-sized packages and pallets. Apart from its broad range of functions, it features a stylish and coherent design. The logistic label applicator consists of a stable base, a tape printer, a computer, a control panel and a rotary arm. Thanks to its integrated apps, the label printout process and the machine operation can be controlled from a single location. Optionally the device can automatically measure the height of the entire pallet. It can perform 120 full labelling cycles per hour (assuming that two labels are applied in each cycle). In order to increase the applicator’s output, the code on the label is scanned after each cycle. If the data on the label is not read back correctly or if any other errors are found – the scanning procedure is repeated. After another unsuccessful validation attempt a new label is applied. The machine has been designed to support ERP systems, in order to improve the overall production efficiency.
