1. Privacy and safety of our customers is a priority for us.  When you leave your e-mail address (to view materials available after login: full version of the service, videos, guides), we guarantee that all data left and information are processed solely for their own purposes and are protected against misuse.

2. Unilogo Robotics does not use its official website www.unilogo.com.pl and any other site (e.g. its translated versions) to gather personal data of users.

3. The internet site www.unilogo.com.pl uses cookies which allow it to remember selected information on its users and their preferences.  However, no personal data is processed or stored with the cookies’ use, but only information allowing it to adjust:

  • the site for our customers’ needs;
  • creating statistics on viewing subpages of the main page;
  • adjusting information shown in the site to suit the interests and preferences of the customer.

4. If a customer does not wish for the cookie files to be used for the above described purposes, he/she may change the settings of the browser to make it impossible to store them in his/her computer memory.  They may also be removed manually at any time.

5. Any questions and remarks regarding using the site and privacy protection of the customers and users may be passed to Unilogo Robotics by using the “contact” tab.

Information on the processing of personal data in recruitment processes

The controller of your personal data is Unilogo Robotics sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Julianowska 45, 05-500 Piaseczno.

We obtained your personal data directly from you in connection with your application for a recruitment process conducted by Unilogo Robotics sp. z o.o.

Your personal data included in the application submitted in response to the published job advertisement will be used for the recruitment process, including the selection of candidates.

We process data necessary to conduct and conclude the recruitment process with your participation, as well as to conclude an employment contract or a civil law contract. This includes: first name and last name, date of birth, contact details provided by you, education, professional qualifications, and previous work experience. Additionally, we may also process other data you have provided to us, e.g., your image.

In the case of employment based on an employment contract, your data will be processed for the purpose of conducting and resolving the recruitment process with your participation. This also includes fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on Unilogo Robotics sp. z o.o. in connection with recruitment, in accordance with the requirements of Article 22¹ § 1 of the Labor Code and on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR).

In the case of employment based on a civil law contract, your data will be processed for the purpose of conducting and concluding the recruitment process, including actions taken at your request before the conclusion of the contract, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

If your CV contains additional information, its processing is based on your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). This consent is granted by sending us a CV that includes such additional data. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to: rodo@unilogo.com.pl. To facilitate the quick removal of such data, please ensure that any additional data is clearly separated from the mandatory data in your document.

If your CV contains special categories of personal data referred to in Article 9(1) of the GDPR (e.g., health data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs), we will require your consent for processing such data. This consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Please note that you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

In the case of employment based on an employment contract, providing personal data within the scope specified by labor law (first name and last name, date of birth, contact details provided by you, education, professional qualifications, and previous employment history) is mandatory by virtue of these regulations. Failure to provide this data will prevent the consideration of your candidacy. Providing data other than those listed above is voluntary.

In the case of employment based on a civil law contract, providing data is voluntary. However, failure to provide data such as first name and last name, contact details, education, professional qualifications, or previous employment history may result in the inability to consider your candidacy due to a lack of contact or inability to evaluate the application.

You have the following rights:

 

  • right of access to your data and to obtain a copy (Art. 15 GDPR) – you can find out what data we process about you and receive a copy of it,
  • right to rectification of data (Art. 16 GDPR) - you have the right for your data to be correct and up-to-date. If necessary, please contact us to correct or complete them,
  • right to erasure of data (Art. 17 GDPR) - you can ask us to delete data if you consider that it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected,
  • right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) - you have the right to request that the processing of data be limited to its storage,
  • right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) - you have the right to receive the data we process in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transfer it to another entity,
  • right to withdraw consent at any time - you can withdraw your previously given consent to data processing at any time and without giving a reason. After withdrawing consent, we will stop processing data on that basis. Withdrawal of consent does not have retroactive effect, i.e., processing that took place until the withdrawal of consent remains valid and legal,
  • right to lodge a complaint - you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that data processing violates legal provisions.

Your personal data may be transferred to public authorities, state offices, and other entities authorized by law or performing tasks in the public interest or within the exercise of public authority. This data may also be made available to entities providing ICT services to the controller, such as hosting, cloud, mail, training services, and those involved in document destruction. Furthermore, your data may be shared with external experts participating in the recruitment process.

Your personal data will be stored until the end of the recruitment for the position you applied for, unless you consent to your CV being retained for future recruitment processes.

Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area in connection with the performance of official duties, such as seconding employees abroad. Data transfer takes place only in accordance with data protection law, ensuring an adequate level of security.

Unilogo Robotics sp. z o.o. will not make decisions about you based solely on automated data processing, including profiling, that could produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect your situation.
